Returns (withdrawal from the contract)
- You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
- Simply send us an email at help@linojd.com and return the product to the return address:

- The product should be returned unused and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
- The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the moment the package is returned to us.
Complaints
- If the product has a defect or something is not right - please let us know at help@linojd.com.
- Describe the issue and - if possible - attach a photo; this will help speed up the process.
- We review complaints within
- If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the product, repair it, or refund the full purchase amount.

The cost of returning a product in case of withdrawal is borne by the buyer, unless the return results from our fault (e.g. defect or order error).
